Another recommendation is to have a computer consultant in at least twice a year to check on the computers and backup, being proactive will save you time and money on any unforeseen issues.
A backup should always be taken offsite in case of unusual circumstances at the office.
Buying computers for your office is an important decision to make. Go with a name brand computer company which offers in office support. The leading computer companies (DELL, Compaq, IBM) have different levels of support you can purchase on each computer. I would never buy a no name box computer as most of the warranties are very limited and they will end up costing you more in the end. If the computer consultant leaves or goes out of business it's very hard to fix component computers. Major brands always include a restore CD and an operating system to reinstall everything on your computer. Also, these drivers can be found on there websites.
